The agreement applies provisionally from 3 October 2025, ensuring continuity and security for traders.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/UE-sentencia-acuerdo-Marruecos-Sahara_EDIIMA20161221_0162_19.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The agreement provides that proofs of origin and labelling of products will indicate the region of production (Dakhla and Laayoune), and also ensures that advantages will be granted to the beneficiaries concerned in the territory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This agreement reinforces the long-standing partnership between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco. Discussions with the Council of the EU and the European Parliament will take place in the coming weeks and months, and their approval will be necessary for the agreement to be concluded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over the years, the European Union and Morocco have developed a deep friendship and forged a strong and multi-faceted partnership.
