PROMOTION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The promoter and responsible for the personal data file of the Christmas Packs 2024 draw is the team of REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN, domiciled at Paseo de la Castellana,46. 28046, Madrid<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to promote its visibility on social networks and interaction with its audience, the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN is planning to carry out a competition through an EasyPromos application which will be developed in accordance with the following rules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participation in the competition is free of charge and is open to all natural persons over 16 years of age who are resident in Spain and who are not employees of the European Commission, family members, representatives, agents or have any type of relationship with the development of the competition or the campaigns to disseminate them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participation implies full and absolute acceptance of these rules and will automatically disqualify people with the intention of harming or damaging the image of the competition or the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion, nor is it associated with it. The user dissociates himself\/herself completely from Facebook and is aware that he\/she is providing his\/her information to the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN and not to Instagram. The information you provide will be used to manage your participation in the competition, to communicate the prize and to manage the delivery of the fifteen Christmas 2024 Packs.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. COMPETITION DATES<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The competition is open to anyone over 16 years of age. Participation will be active from 15:00h on 24 November 2024 until 23:59h on 15 December 2024.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPETITION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN will implement on Instagram.com\/comisioneuropea an EasyPromos application to raffle the FIFTEEN Christmas Packs 2024. To participate and enter the competition, users must follow\/be followers of the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION profile on Instagram, like the post, mention another user and include the hashtag #CajaSorpresaUE in the comment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Multiple entries per person will be accepted, i.e. one person can enter the competition more than once. The winners will be chosen at random through the EasyPromos application described above and in the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the first contact attempt or declines the prize, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit his\/her right to claim the prize.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN will contact the winners through their Instagram profile to establish their details and the delivery address of the fifteen Christmas 2024 Packs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to contacting them directly through the data provided for participating in the competition, the name of the winner will be communicated through the Instagram profile of the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To participate in the competition and be eligible for the prize, the participant must meet the following requirements.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Be over 16 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Residing in Spain<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the contest through a real and active Instagram profile, without anomalies and that cannot be considered likely to have been created with the sole intention of participating in the promotion. Therefore, only profiles with the following characteristics will be valid:<\/li>\n<li>The user must have a profile picture.<\/li>\n<li>The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify competing profiles. Particular attention will be paid to fraudulent activities and profiles with apparently abusive and malicious behaviour will be excluded or disqualified.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of any indication of a missing identity or fraudulent use of the profile, the organiser reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant, unilaterally and without the need to notify or justify this to the participant.<\/li>\n<li>Being a follower of the Instagram profile <span class=\"ecl-link__label\">@comisioneuropea<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Like the sweepstakes post<\/li>\n<li>Comment mentioning one Instagram user per comment (you can mention more than once different people)<\/li>\n<li>Include the hashtag #CajaSorpresaUE in the comment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A competition will be held via the EasyPromos application. To participate in the competition, users must like the competition photo on the Instagram profile of @comisioneuropea, comment on it mentioning another user and including the hashtag #CajaSorpresaUE. The winners will be decided by the EasyPromos application, i.e. randomly and at random.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">A person from the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN team will contact the winners via Instagram within a period not exceeding 10 working days after the prize has been assigned to them, to collect their details in order to proceed with the shipment.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. PRIZE<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The prize offered by the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN are FIFTEEN Christmas Packs 2024, consisting of FIFTEEN packs including: a T-shirt, a cap, a lunch box, a notebook, a mouse pad, a cloth backpack, a USB card and a pencil with seeds.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the identity of the winners is known, the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN will publish the names of the winners on the profile of the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN. By accepting these rules, participants consent to the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN publishing their name (or Instagram identity) on Instagram.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">8. ASSIGNMENT OF THE WINNER&#8217;S IMAGE AND\/OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The winner agrees that his\/her Instagram username and public profile picture may be published on profiles and other websites of the organisation to communicate the winner of the promotion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The EUROPEAN COMMISSION REPRESENTATION IN SPAIN team will contact the winner within a period not exceeding 10 working days via the email address provided, for the purpose of formally notifying the winner of the Prize (hereinafter, the &#8220;Winner Notification&#8221;) and agreeing on the date on which the Prize will be awarded. In this regard, the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN reserves the right to request the winner to provide all personal data reasonably necessary to fulfil the prize fulfilment. Refusal by the winner to provide this personal data, if this makes it objectively impossible to provide the winner with the prize awarded, will entail the loss of the winner&#8217;s right to the prize, with the effects described below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If 10 calendar days have elapsed since the first notification by the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN to the winners without the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN obtaining any response to the same from the winners, or if the winners refuse to provide any of the personal data requested (as provided in the previous paragraph) the winners will lose their right to obtain the prize.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Likewise, any winner who does not comply with the eligibility requirements stipulated in these rules will not be entitled to receive the prize.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The veracity of all the data provided by the participant is an essential condition for accessing the prizes awarded in the promotion. The REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN accepts no responsibility for the correct fulfilment of the prize in the event that the details provided are incorrect or incomplete. Any change in the participant&#8217;s details must be notified to the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN as soon as possible in order to ensure the correct fulfilment of the prize..<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">9. MODIFICATIONS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN reserves the right to suspend or vary the promotion at any time, as well as to modify these rules during the promotion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The suspension, variation or modification of the promotion will be communicated by means of a notice on the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN&#8217;s own <span class=\"ecl-link__label\">Facebook<\/span> page and will also be reported on the <span class=\"ecl-link__label\">Instagram profile @comisioneuropea.<\/span> These suspensions, variations or modifications will in no case entitle current or potential participants in the promotion to make any claims.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The information provided by participants will be included in a file owned by the REPRESENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN SPAIN.
