Concepts for the modification of risk behavior and health promotion are taught both in terms of their scientific foundation and their practical implementation. The maintenance of health is addressed as well as aspects of coping with chronic illnesses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-scaled.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-155049\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/teacher5-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Duties of the position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Teaching 8 semester hours per week, including courses on interviewing and communication skills in the Bachelor&#8217;s degree program<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration in research in the field of Ambulatory Assessment to capture health behavior and processes of emotion\/stress regulation in daily life as well as advanced data analysis and modeling of Intensive Longitudinal Data<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of own research results at conferences and workshops<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of seminar and final theses and assistance with examinations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required selection criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the general requirements according to public services law, applicants must meet the recruitment requirements stipulated in \u00a7 57 of the <em>Hochschulgesetz<\/em>\u00a0of Rhineland-Palatinate.\n<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A successfully completed scientific university degree in in the field of psychology<\/li>\n<li>A doctorate in a field relevant to the position<\/li>\n<li>Post-graduation full-time work experience of at least 2.5 years<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in teaching and supervising students; including the supervision of final theses (B.Sc., M.Sc.)<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the implementation of courses on interviewing and communication skills is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the field of Ambulatory Assessment \/ Ecological Momentary Assessment and analytical strategies for modeling Intensive Longitudinal Data advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Interest in research in the research areas of the JGU Health Psychology Lab<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of German and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>a friendly and collegial environment<\/li>\n<li>fair working hours and family-friendly working conditions<\/li>\n<li>extensive opportunities for further education and training<\/li>\n<li>the opportunity to participate in current research projects and international scientific networks<\/li>\n<li>Jobticket, optional for the entire Rhine-Main area<\/li>\n<li>Extensive human resources development offer<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working time arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe position is paid according to\u00a0<strong>EG 13 TV-L<\/strong>\u00a0and to be filled\u00a0by 4\/1\/2025.
