Across age groups, only women or men aged 20-24 and 25-34 demonstrated higher shares (up to 75%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The highest shares of girls with basic or higher digital skills were recorded in Finland and Croatia (96% each) and Czechia (95%). Conversely, the lowest shares were reported in Romania (44%), Germany (46%) and Bulgaria (54%).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 99.9988%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: double; border-color: #001f7d;\" cellpadding=\"0,5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/en\/eu-prize-for-women-innovators-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/screenshot_2022-03-17_at_17.01.43.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"134\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/en\/eu-prize-for-women-innovators-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EU Prize for Women Innovators<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">Girls outperformed the general population in all countries except Germany, where the share of girls with digital skills was 6\u00a0<a class=\"ecl-link\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/statistics-explained\/index.php?title=Glossary:Percentage_point\">percentage points<\/a>\u00a0(pp) lower than the general population (46% compared with 52%).
