Issues. As a result, corporate policies commonly don&#8217;t consider social responsibility issues seriously.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This program aims to educate the schools and the public about social responsibility and deliver the message in the schools with the help of the Tanzanian business community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We currently work with entities such as Dar es Salaam University, TWIGA Cement, Airtel, PVC, NBC Bank, and Coca-Cola, extending the program further. The field operations include working in a tree nursery and partaking in planting operations.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>This program has a cross-cutting focus where students of different professions can attend and work together.<\/li>\n<li>Academic level team leaders are daily supervising your internship. In addition, we monitor your work with a weekly plan and report system to secure you proceed well in your study program.<\/li>\n<li>The internship outcome is learning to use and get experience to implement your education in developing country conditions with limited capacity. Also, to better understand the opportunities in a fast-growing economy.<\/li>\n<li>Work hours are 6-8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Your program can be from 2 weeks up to 12 months.<\/li>\n<li>The program is ongoing, so that we can adjust your placement dates freely.<\/li>\n<li>Your placement is tailored to your background, experience, and interests to empower our daily work with the communities. You can also conduct the thesis and related tasks.
