style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Research, development and creative activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Participation in RDC activities under the supervision of a professor or associate professor.<\/li>\n<li>International-level research in the volume equivalent to at least 1.5 doctoral theses in five years.<\/li>\n<li>Development of skills necessary for RDC activities, and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Teaching and activities related to the administration and development of teaching<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Teaching, using modern teaching methods and educational technology, primarily supervising students of the first and second level of higher education.<\/li>\n<li>Professional development to enhance teaching and supervising skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Participation in the governance and institutional development of the university and social and public activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Participation in the work of the university\u2019s decision-making bodies is recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Popularisation of the specialisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nPhD or an equivalent qualification<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ability to participate in RDC activities in the specialisation.<\/li>\n<li>International-level research in the specialisation, the volume of which so far is equivalent to at least one doctoral thesis.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge in human microbiome research.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with establishing microbiome cohorts, conducting experiments and\u00a0analysing large-scale metagenome and performing statistical analysis on health data (eg electronic health records).<\/li>\n<li>Expert of using various statistical methods and command of R programming language.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with writing research articles and grants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required language skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p
