Based on the assessment of Amazon\u2019s responses, the Commission will consider the next steps. This could involve the formal initiation of proceedings under section 66 of the Digital Services Act.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 99.9988%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: double; border-color: #001f7d;\" cellpadding=\"0,5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/en\/antitrust-commission-accepts-commitments-by-amazon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/amazon-768x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"134\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/en\/antitrust-commission-accepts-commitments-by-amazon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Antitrust: Commission accepts commitments by Amazon<br \/>\n<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pursuant to Article 74(2) of the Digital Services Act, the Commission may impose fines for incorrect, incomplete or misleading information in response to a request for information. If Amazon does not respond, the Commission may decide to request the information by decision.
