The Agent \u2013 Project Support will support Project Managers and \/ or teams in the preparation, planning, co-ordination implementation, control and evaluation of projects. This role may also be performed in the framework of projects funded by external assigned revenue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Functions and Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The incumbent carries out the following main functions and duties:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects and related initiatives;<br \/>\n\u2022 Create, generate and distribute a wide range of documents in the area of responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Contribute to the drafting of reports and any other documentation relative to the implementation of projects;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Compile reports and other management information; send out and collect, check and validate information, documentation and data;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Update information on internal and external websites;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Support the organisation and scheduling of conferences, meetings and training courses;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Carry out general support activities such as preparation of agendas and invitations or making logistical arrangements;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Any other duty in the area of competence as assigned by line management.<br \/>\nThe functions and duties may also be associated with a project funded by external assigned revenue.
