Subject to a formal appointment by the Appointing Authority, the successful candidate may be performing the function of Head of the Procurement Sector. This would entail corresponding coordination tasks of the Procurement Sector under supervision of the Head of Unit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the eu-LISA staff member, you will have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Planning and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Tendering<\/li>\n<li>Contract Management Support<\/li>\n<li>Operational and administrative support &amp; resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualifications and experience required<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-You have a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies attested by a diploma when the normal period of university education is four (4) years or more,<br \/>\nor<br \/>\na level of education which corresponds to completed university studies attested by a diploma and appropriate professional experience of at least one (1) year when the normal period of university education is at least three (3) years;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-By the closing date for applications, you have acquired at least six (6) years of proven full-time professional experience relevant to the duties after the award of the qualification certifying the completion of the level studies required as a condition of eligibility as above;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-You are a national of one of the Member States of the Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland11 and you enjoy full rights as a citizen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Professional competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25aa Proven cumulative professional experience at administrator level of at least three (3) years in active<br \/>\nprocurement either in the EU system, or in a national administration applying the EU Procurement Directive;<br \/>\n\u25aa Ability and experience in the preparation of tender dossiers and in the drafting and preparation of contracts;<br \/>\n\u25aa Ability and experience in drafting and correctly interpreting legal documents, opinions and submissions;<br \/>\n\u25aa Ability and experience in assessing financial and legal risks within the area of procurement and in developing<br \/>\nappropriate solutions;<br \/>\n\u25aa Knowledge and understanding of Agency\u2019s goals and objectives;<br \/>\n\u25aa Strong drafting and communication skills in English both orally and in writing, at least at the level C1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Personal competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25aa Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;<br \/>\n\u25aa Strong sense of integrity and ethics, initiative and responsibility;<br \/>\n\u25aa High level of capability to organise and plan the work;<br \/>\n\u25aa Ability to develops positive business relationships in a diverse stakeholder environment, facilitating multi \u2013<br \/>\ndisciplinary team collaboration.<br \/>\n\u25aa Be able to maintain regular communication with different stakeholders;<br \/>\n\u25aa Competence in ensuring that different stakeholder needs are understood and addressed;<br \/>\n\u25aa Takes proactive leadership in the development of processes to address the development needs of individuals,<br \/>\nteams and the entire workforce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Advantageous attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25aa Professional familiarity with the European public administration working methods;<br \/>\n\u25aa Professional experience in leading and coordinating a procurement\/financial team and associated<br \/>\nservices\/projects;<br \/>\n\u25aa Working knowledge of French, at least at the level B2.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Benefits<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The remuneration of a staff member consists of a basic salary (currently EUR 6.863,97 EUR for step 1, and EUR 7.152,41 for step 220 ) weighed by the correction coefficient (for Strasbourg, France 116.8%) and paid in EUR.<\/p>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-epso-domain field--type-entity-reference field--label-inline clearfix\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field__label\"><strong>Domain(s): Support Staff<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-epso-deadline field--type-datetime field--label-inline clearfix\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field__label\"><strong>Deadline: 10\/03\/2023 &#8211;
