There are three different statutes for specific needs:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/epso.europa.eu\/how-to-apply_fr#tab-0-1\"><strong>Contract agents<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/epso.europa.eu\/how-to-apply_fr#tab-0-2\"><strong>Temporary agents<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/epso.europa.eu\/how-to-apply_fr#tab-0-5\"><strong>Temporary staff<\/strong><\/a>: These staff are recruited for short periods through a temporary agency approved by the Commission.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/epso.europa.eu\/how-to-apply_fr#tab-0-4\"><strong>Experts<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0The Commission is also looking for a limited number of independent experts to assist in particular in the selection of projects selected for funding under calls for proposals. To apply for either session, you must plan ahead: the closing date for the October session is still at the end of August, and the date for the March session ends in January.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EU citizens and non-EU citizens can apply. Successful trainees will receive a monthly allowance. Applicants must be graduates (minimum degree level) and have a very good knowledge of two EU languages (non-European citizens must have only one).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Internships at the Representation in France of the European Commission<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The various services of the Representation in France (press, policy, communication) regularly recruit trainees for periods of two months.
