This requires close cooperation with the Liaison Bureaux at Europol and via them with the Operational Teams in the Member States.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Functions and Duties<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The incumbent carries out the following main functions and duties:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022\u00a0 Support project oriented activities, with specific emphasis on economic and financial crime and related intelligence and investigations;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0Provide subject matter expertise to strategic activities aimed at fighting crime in any of the areas of ESM responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Initiate and assist in producing analytical outputs strategic and other relevant intelligence products in the fields of fighting crime in any of the areas of ESM responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Promote Europol\u2019s tools, services and ability to exploit financial intelligence with the aim of supporting investigations of Member States;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Establish, maintain and foster close contacts with the Member States competent authorities and Third Parties\u2019 to encourage and support strategic and operational activities in the field of responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Promote participation and operational support to the Excise Fraud or Criminal Finances Money Laundering and Asset recovery EMPACT priorities within the EU policy cycle and support directly whenever relevant;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Represent Europol at meetings, trainings and other events and deliver presentations, increase awareness and provide expert knowledge and advice in the area of responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Organize and facilitate working groups, meetings or conferences in the field of responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Perform any other duties in the area of competence as assigned by the line management.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Requirements<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 Having served at least 5 years as a Law Enforcement officer;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Proven experience in one of the concerned crime phenomena\/ areas of work of the ESM;<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in economic and financial crime investigations or policy developments including in the areas of ESM responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0Experience of international law enforcement cooperation in the areas of ESM responsibility;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Experience in stakeholder management;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Experience in drafting policy papers and strategic reports in the areas of ESM responsibility.<br \/>\n<strong>Desirable:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in working with different law enforcement agencies;<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in proposing policy solutions;<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in law enforcement interaction with the private sector.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in working on projects involving EU institutions or Agencies or bodies.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Benefits<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The gross basic monthly salary is EUR\u00a0<strong>5, 805.35<\/strong>\u00a0or EUR <strong>6, 049.31<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-epso-deadline field--type-datetime field--label-inline clearfix\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field__label\"><strong>Deadline: 05\/08\/2022- 23:59<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"locations\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field__label\"><strong>Location(s): The Hague (The Netherlands)<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"field__label\"><strong>Grade: AD 6<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"field__label\"><strong>Institution\/Agency: <a href=\"https:\/\/epso.europa.eu\/en\/institutions\/europol-european-union-agency-law-enforcement-cooperation\" hreflang=\"en\">(Europol) European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-epso-type-of-contract field--type-entity-reference field--label-inline clearfix\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field__label\"><strong>Type of contract: <a href=\"https:\/\/epso.europa.eu\/staff-categories#tab-Temporary%20staff\">Temporary staff<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>More information: <a href=\"https:\/\/epso.europa.eu\/en\/job-opportunities\/specialist-expertise-and-stakeholder-management\/europol-2022-ta-ad6-519\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EPSO &#8211; Call<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The post of Specialist \u2013 Expertise &amp; Stakeholder Management is located in Stakeholders Management Team, EFECC Expertise &amp; Stakeholder Management Unit, European Financial and Economic Crime Centre (EFECC) Department, Operations Directorate.
